After Workout Elixir
Not only is it is delicious but it's nutritional properties will help aid in muscle recovery, making it the perfect after workout beverage. This elixer has both Maca and Lucuma, so let's talk about the benefits.

1 tbsp Maca powder
1 tbsp Lucuma powder
1-2 frozen bananas broken up (depending on their size)
1 1/2 cups of almond milk (preferably homemade)
1-3 dates (for sweetness so to your own tastes)
Put all into blender and blend until smooth. Serves 2
