Blueberry Cashew Milk

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup cashews. 
3 cups water

Directions:
Put the blueberries, cashews and 1 cup of the water into the blender. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the water and blend again until smooth. 

 

Serves 3
